Refund/Replacement Policy

Our aim is to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and as straight forward as possible. Replacement or Refund will be offered, together with courier charges for the purpose of returning the goods to us provided that:

  1. the goods delivered are faulty and/or damaged or if we have delivered incorrect goods; and
  2. You have examine the goods immediately upon receiving the goods for any deficiencies and/or damages; and
  3. You have notified us by calling our customer service at +603-2710 6703 or by sending an e-mail to within seven (7) days from the time of delivery; and
  4. You have returned the defective products to the address below together with a valid receipt within seven (7) working days from the time of delivery (proof of postage or record of delivery will be requested in the event that we do not receive the goods being returned).

Please note that any request to refund/exchange non-faulty/damaged products will not be entertained. Postage or courier charges are also non-refundable in cases where the goods are not faulty/damaged.

We will inspect the returned product upon return by you and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as practicable. Postage or courier charges are non-refundable except in the case of faulty and or damaged goods or where we have delivered incorrect goods  

Goods returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which you had paid at the point of ordering.
