The words ‘we’, ‘our’ ‘us’ and ‘Parisine’ means Aroma Solutions Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1191956-V) and the term ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to customers and public.

By accessing this Site and/or using the services provided on the Site, you are deemed to have read and expressly agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use without any limitations or qualifications. We reserve the right to revise the Terms of Use from time to time at its absolute discretion without prior notice to you. If you do not accept these Terms of Use and/or if you disagree with all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein, please immediately discontinue your access to this Site and/or use the services.


2. Intended Use
This Site is a business and commercial site, and therefore is not intended for persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you should speak to your parents, your guardian, or a responsible adult and obtain their permission to use this Site.

This Site is intended only for customers residing in Malaysia. Online purchases made from the Site may only be made by residents of Malaysia for delivery in Malaysia.

The products and services available on the Site, as well as complimentary samples we may provide to you, are for personal use only. We do not offer merchandise for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or otherwise violate these Terms of Use. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, mailing address or telephone number provided at the time the order was made.


3. Disclaimer
The contents or materials, information or functions contained in this site which includes but not limited to the text, images, graphics, sound files, animation files, video files, links therein are provided “as is”, “as available”, “as at” basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements  as to the accuracy, adequacy, reliability, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In addition, we do not warrant, guarantee or make any representation regarding the security of accounts, or that this site is free form destructive material, including but not limited to computer viruses, hackers, or other technical sabotage, nor do we warrant, guarantee or make any representations that access to this site will be fully accessible at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors or that any identified defect will be corrected, or that there will be no delays or loss of transmitted information.

All pictures and images of the products displayed on this Site are for illustration purposes in order to you recognise the products. The actual size, dimension and colour of the products may differ. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the product colour and representation displayed on screen represent the actual product as accurately as possible. However, due to colour reproduction on different computer monitors and settings, the colour of the product displayed on screen may vary from the actual colour of the product.


4. Intellectual Property
No part or parts of this Site may be modified, copied, distributed, retransmitted, broadcast, displayed, performed, reproduced, published, exploited, licensed, transferred, sold or commercially dealt with in any manner without our express prior written consent.

The use and misuse of any logo, trademark, intellectual properties, or any other content on the Site is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use constitutes the violation of intellectual property laws, the laws of privacy and publicity and communications regulations and statutes. We will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permissible by law upon any offender.


5. Price and Purchases
All information/material/products/services displayed on the Site is an invitation to treat only and does not constitute an offer. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. The display of an item on the Site is not a guarantee that the item is in stock or that it will be available when you visit the Site at a later date.

Prices shown on the Site are subject to changes and do not include any applicable shipping or delivery fees. Delivery fees will be charged where applicable and will be included in the order total upon checkout. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more information.

The price of products will be as stipulated at all times on our Site, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, your order may be cancelled and the amount paid by you will be refunded in full via the original payment method you used.

You may pay for your purchases using a credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or FPX online payment. 

All purchases are final, non-revocable and non-exchangeable. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once payment has been made. However, defected products may be refunded or replaced. Please refer to our Refund/Replacement Policy for more details.


6. Rental of Devices
Some of the products displayed on the website are not available for purchase but are only available for rental purposes ("Rental Products") and such Rental Products are subject to our Rental Agreement.


7. Registration of Account
You may need to register an Account on the Site if you would like to submit an order/ make an online purchase of the products displayed on the Site.

You are solely responsible for protecting your own account password and other account information.

We reserves the right to refuse registration of account and/or to suspend/terminate/deactivate a registered account for any reasons whatsoever. Re-activation of such account is at our sole discretion.

Links may be established from the Site to external websites operated by third parties. Your use of these third party websites is at your own risk. We make no warranties or representations about any third party websites and are not responsible or liable for such websites, their content, products, privacy settings, terms, or other materials on or available from them. We are not liable under any circumstances, for any claims, expenses, losses or damages (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages) whether based on contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal cause of action, even if the possibility of such claims, expenses, losses or damages had been advised to us. Any liability arising from or in connection with the following are expressly excluded:
